Common Issues

"Extraction required" warning

Symptom: Cannot select document for Theory/Methods Solution:
1.    Go to Utilities > Text Extractor
2.    Select the document
3.    Click Extract
4.    Wait for completion

Generation fails with "Processing limit reached"

Symptom: Error when generating content Solution:
1.    Reduce number of selected pages
2.    Keep total pages under 40-50
3.    Use Page Selector to extract specific sections
4.    Try again

"Session expired" error

Symptom: Actions fail with authentication error Solution:
1.    Refresh the page
2.    If logged out, log in again
3.    Try the action again

Document upload fails

Symptom: Error during upload Solution:
1.    Check file is PDF format
2.    Check file is under 50MB
3.    Ensure stable internet connection
4.    Try a different browser

Slow performance

Symptom: Platform is slow Solution:
1.    Close unnecessary browser tabs
2.    Clear browser cache
3.    Check internet connection
4.    Try again later if servers are busy
