Payments and Invoices

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. This section explains how to manage payments and access invoices.

What this section is about

Billing transparency is important. You can access your complete payment history, update payment methods, and download invoices through the Stripe Customer Portal.


When you should use this

Access payment information when you:
•    Need invoices for expense reporting
•    Want to update payment method
•    Need to view payment history
•    Have billing questions

 

How it works

  1. Navigate to Account
  2. Find Billing & Invoices section (visible if you have a subscription)
  3. Click "Open Billing Portal"
  4. Access Stripe Customer Portal:
    •    View all invoices
    •    Download PDF invoices
    •    Update credit card
    •    View subscription details
    •    Change billing address

Important notes
•    Invoice emails are sent automatically
•    Payment method changes take effect immediately
•    Contact support for billing issues
•    Refund requests handled on a case-by-case basis
